Singer-actress Lady Gaga recently got a tattoo in solidarity with the survivors of sexual assault who joined her on stage at the 88th Academy Awards.
Gaga performed her Oscar-nominated song “Til it happens to you” at the Oscars on February 28, accompanied by a group of sexual assault victims.
On Thursday, the “Applause” hitmaker retweeted a photograph of the matching tattoo she and a number of those who appeared with her recently received.
Gaga herself also took a series of snapchat videos and photographs while getting the tattoo.
The Oscars performance garnered a standing ovation from the star-studded crowd, who were brought to tears by the hopeful and powerful display of support and unity.
