I am that in a bid to curb the manufacture and sale of illicit liquor in Maharashtra, the Government has come out with stringent norms on the illegal manufacture or sale of liquor. The Government of Maharashtra must look into making Liquor Licensees compulsory, for the purchase and sale of liquor including states too can be permitted to be brought in Maharashtra. This will curb the sale of liquor to minors and to those who not possess the official liquor licenses.
