Singer Miranda Lambert reportedly has to postpone her wedding to East Anderson to prepare her new album and its accompanying tour.
The country songbird and her beau were supposed to get married by the end of the year, but have delayed the nuptials until “next summer”, reported Aceshowbiz.
A source says that the wedding’s scheduled to take place in Nashville.
“She and Anderson were shooting for an end-of-the-year wedding in Nashville and were working hard on the preparations,” the source shares.
“But juggling the wedding while planning the tour and promoting the album just became too much for Miranda. She had to put it off.”
Anderson, 28, is aware of 32-year-old Lambert’s busy schedule and has reportedly “suggested eloping.” However, the couple has apparently agreed to push back the wedding.
“Anderson was the first to tell Miranda she was taking on too much with the wedding, a new album and a huge tour,” the source adds.
“They’re waiting for a less hectic time… [It’s] likely they’ll push the nuptials back until next summer.
