The father of Sushant Singh Rajput, KK Singh on Thursday filed a caveat in the Supreme Court on Rhea Chakraborty’s petition seeking transfer of the investigation in the actor’s death case to Mumbai Police.

A caveat is a legal process, in which the party, which had filed it before the concerned court, shall have to be heard definitely before the court concerned will pass any order in future.

Let nothing to be done in the above-mentioned matter without prior notice to the undersigned, said the caveat, filed by Rajput’s father in the apex court. This comes a day after actor Rhea Chakraborty moved a petition in the top court seeking directions to transfer the investigation in the FIR filed by Rajput’s family in Bihar to Mumbai Police.

An FIR has been registered against Chakraborty by Rajput’s father at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna under various sections, including abetment to suicide.

Earlier, Chakraborty had demanded a CBI probe in the case. In another development, the Supreme Court on Thursday refused to hear a petition filed by one Alka Priya seeking to transfer the case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

‘Deepening economic crisis’: P Chidambaram says Telecom, aviation sector on the verge of collapsing

Targetting the central government over the “deepening economic crisis,” senior Congress leader P Chidambaram asserted that two significant industries – telecom and aviation – are on the verge of collapse.

Chidambaram, in a series of tweets, said that millions of people have lost their jobs or livelihood in the last 12 months and added that the collapse of the two major industries would cost many more thousand direct and indirect jobs.

“When will the BJP government acknowledge the gravity of the deepening economic crisis in the country? When will the Prime Minister acknowledge his failure and the failure of his economic managers?” Chidambaram tweeted.

He said that the aviation industry has suffered massive losses and faces an uncertain future unless the central government steps in with a rescue plan.

“Will the government realize that one of our major telecom companies is on the verge of collapse and the government has no plan to save the struggling telecom industry? Will the government, realize that the aviation industry has suffered massive losses and every one of them will go the Air India way unless the government steps in with a rescue plan?” Chidambaram tweeted.

“Millions have lost their jobs or livelihood in the last 12 months. The collapse of two major industries — telecom and aviation — will cost many more thousand direct and indirect jobs,” the following tweet said.

Chidambaram’s remark comes a day after one of the leading telecom companies, Bharti Airtel, posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 15,933 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal.

Meanwhile, the aviation industry is also going through a crisis as several travel restrictions continue, and international passenger flights remain suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic, which has hampered the economy and businesses.

Defence corruption case: Delhi court sentences 4-year jail term to Jaya Jaitly, 2 others

Jaya Jaitly, Defence Corruption Case, CBI, Delhi Court, Gopal Pacherwal, Indian Army

A special Delhi court sentenced 4-years in prison to former Samata Party chief Jaya Jaitly and two others in connection with corruption case related to a 2001 defence deal, a lawyer said.

Special CBI Judge Virender Bhat directed the three convicts – Jaitly, her former party colleague Gopal Pacherwal and Major General (retired) SP Murgai – to surrender before it by 5 pm today and also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh each.

On July 21, the court had convicted Jaitly, her erstwhile party colleague Gopal Pacherwal and retired Major General SP Murgai under charges of dealing with criminal conspiracy of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The court noted that Jaitly received a sum of Rs 2 lakhs through accused Gopal Pacherwal from a prosecution witness as a motive reward for agreeing to accomplish the task given to her, which was to exert personal influence upon the concerned ministers and officers in pushing the product of the company of witness into the Indian Army.

Similarly, Murgai received a sum of Rs 20,000 from the witness on January 4, 2001, in lieu of the assistance rendered by him in fulfilling the object of the conspiracy, like arranging a meeting with accused Jaya Jaitly and securing a letter of evaluation for the product of the company of witness by the exercise of personal influence upon the concerned officers, the court had observed.

In 2012, the court had framed charges against Jaitly, Gopal Pacherwal, and Murgai for corruption in the purported purchase of hand-held thermal imagers. The case had stemmed out of a sting operation aired by a news portal in January 2001.

The CBI, in its charge-sheet against the three persons filed in 2006, had alleged that the accused accepted illegal gratification from Mathew Samuel. He is a representative of company Westend International. The illegal gratification was accepted for obtaining supply orders for hand-held thermal imagers from the Army, the probe agency had said.

American singer-songwriter Post Malone told comedian Joe Rogan that he was against people being forced to wear a mask during the coronavirus pandemic, but believes everyone should wear one to keep each other safe.

According to an entertainment website, talking on the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast about how some cities in California, such as Beverly Hills, have instituted fines ranging up to hundreds of dollars for mask non-compliance, the Grammy-nominated musician said he was baffled that the safety measure had become mandatory.

The 52-year-old singer noted, “It’s like me in school having to tuck in my shirt or else you get detention. It’s weird to be forced to wear something.”

Rogan pointed out wearing a mask does make an impact halting the virus from spreading.

To which the ‘Sunflower’ singer responded, “At the end of the day, it all comes down to respect for other people. It’s not a government thing. You shouldn’t be forced to wear a mask — but you should. And that’s because I respect you as a fellow human.”

In May, Malone’s lifestyle brand, Shaboink, reportedly partnered with the humanitarian aid organisation Direct Relief to donate 40,000 N95 masks to frontline medical workers combating the pandemic.

Time for oppressed Sikhs in Pakistan and Afghanistan to move back to India?

statue of lord buddha, hindus and sikhs, sikhs, afghanistan, pakistan, taliban

After getting out of the clutches of swiftly thriving demonic natured, Talibani, in a group of Sikhs with their women and children has reached Delhi. Under the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), it will be easy for them now to get Indian citizenship easily. It has become almost impossible for Hindus and Sikhs to reside in Afghanistan and Pakistan now. They are oppressed and tortured continuously by Talibani hooligans and other radical Islamic terrorist outfits. They are ill-treated and pressurised to convert to Islam. Their women are kidnapped, raped married forcefully, and are converted to Islam.

Hindu temples were attacked and hardly any temple is able to withstand Talibani and communal aggression in Afghanistan. A few Gurudwaras are still left. Hindus and Sikhs are brutally murdered these days for no reason. In a span of few decades, with the emergence of the Taliban, Afghanistan is ruined and turned into a Rogue state. It is hard to believe, a country that was liberal in nature, opposite to Pakistan has turned into a hostile consolidation. Up to seventies, Hindi bhajans were also played through Radio Kabul and were liked by the general public. Afghani Kabulis were seen in every city of India selling dry fruits door to door and also engaged in money lending business. Until that time Iran and Afghanistan were majorly seen as Advance Islamic Nations. The horrific, hardcore religious bigotry present today in these countries was not witnessed at that time. Hindus and Sikhs were also leading a peaceful and prosperous life not only in Kabul city but even in interiors of Afghanistan.

Iran has witnessed modern advancement during the rule of Reza Pahlevi. But peace ceased to exist and disorder and disturbance pervaded entirely, after Badshah(king) Zaheer Shah was deposed. It is said that it is hard to predict, when will a religious bigot, cruel emperor Aurangzeb be born after the Akbar (most tolerant Mughal ruler towards other religions) family. Time changed and bigotry completely uprooted liberalism. Aurangzeb during his reign deeply buried music, literature, and arts in India. This similar trend was repeated in Afghanistan by the Taliban. Hundreds of Afghani Sikhs have already taken refuge in Delhi. A Kabuli Gurudwara of these Sikhs is also established in Delhi. They can be easily differentiated from other natives because of their Afghani costumes. Every one of them wears salwar kameez. They use the Pashto language while talking amongst them. In 1992 Russian supported government fall and a civil war started in Afghanistan, this compelled hundreds of Sikhs to flee to Delhi and other parts of India to save their lives.

Afghani Sikhs are hoping and desiring to get Indian citizenship soon. Citizenship Amendment Act(CAA), passed by the Modi government at the centre, has raised their expectations and they are believing that they will soon become citizens of India. In Delhi, you will encounter Afghani Sikhs at Gurudwara Sis Ganj, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, and other major Gurudwaras. It will be terrific if all the Hindus Sikhs of Afghanistan who has withstood Afghan torture, can be brought to India. Here, they can give a fresh start to their lives. As it is destined that they will be murdered in Afghanistan if they do not convert to Islam. They are innocent. When the country was divided in the name of religion, who were those people that lacked in exchanging people on a religious basis? They and their family will have to bear the curse of these oppressed Hindus and Sikhs.

Sikhs are also massacred in Pakistan

The killing of Sikhs has become an ordinary incident in Pakistan also. After their killing, an all-round planned criticism is witnessed and then everything returns back to normal. In Pakistan, every city from Peshawar to Lahore, attacks on Sikhs have become a generality. Their religious places are attacked. It is a harsh reality, Pakistan and Afghanistan have become a living hell for Hindus and Sikhs. A statue of Lord Buddha almost thousands of years old, was broken a few years ago. Breaking up of an ancient and huge statue of Lord Buddha in Takht-i-bai of Mardan of North Khyber Pakhtunkhwa state of Pakistan is annoying. This statue was 1700 years old and was related to Gandhari civilization. It is hard to understand, by breaking a historic statue, what was received by these tyrants. Before this incident, an attack was also done on an archaeological site related to Lord Buddha, of Pak Occupied Kashmir.

Let us have a look of the past

Taliban ordered to plant explosives infamous Lord Buddha statue of Bamiyan. Until then, that statue of Lord Buddha made out of sandstone was believed to be the highest statue of the world. The bad future of Afghanistan was anticipated, when the statue of Lord Buddha was being disrespected. That statue of Lord Buddha was attacked by tanks and bullets. Then after explosives were used to demolish it. These Taliban are brutal to the core. It is evident that, there is no place for non-muslims in the countries, entangled in a dark era. It will be better for them to evade that threat. They are having no place, other than India for them. Amidst, Pakistan also discriminated against Sikhs in the last census of 2018. Sikhs were not included in the census form. They were forced in other categories. The Sikhs protested against this at Peshawar and instead of providing justice to them, they were tortured. It is called adding insult to the injury.

Condemnable attack on Nankana Sahib

At the beginning of this year, Nankana Sahib Gurudwara of Pakistan was attacked. The attack on birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev, i.e Nankana Sahib was highly condemned and a loud outcry was raised by Sikhs of India. Many Sikhs organisations protested before high commissioner of Pakistan. Nankana Sahib attack was a violation of the 1955 India-Pakistan agreement, in which it was agreed that India and Pakistan will ensure the safety of religious places and will take every possible step to protect the purity of sacred places where people of both countries visit.

An extreme version of discrimination is also shown in Nankana Sahib, where Sikhs are served foods in utensils, different from general, in most of the hotels. To conclude with, it is advised that Sikhs of Afghanistan and Pakistan should move to India. And unnecessary delay can cost their lives.

The dark secrets of Sushant Singh’s death getting unveiled?

On 14th June afternoon and evening all news channels were relating his death with his secretary Disha’s death but suddenly broadcasting of that news was completely paused and the total focus of the audience was shifted towards Nepotism and Bollywood mafias. Actress Kangana Ranaut became the face of the dialogs. All Tv debates were revolving around Nepotism and blame games. All these while Sushant’s family-maintained silence, but when Mumbai Police declared that there is no malice or foul play in his death. His father came forward and filed an FIR, actor Rhea Chakraborty has been booked by Patna police over Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Rhea, who was dating Sushant, has been accused of abetment to suicide by the late actor’s father. Hours after news of the FIR broke, Rhea’s lawyer was seen visiting her residence. Earlier, Rhea had appealed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah to order an investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the apparent suicide. Rhea has also been facing abuse online ever since Sushant was found dead at his Mumbai home on June 14. Mumbai police are already conducting a probe into his death, and have recorded the statements of various Bollywood bigwigs like film-maker Mahesh Bhatt and Dharma Productions’ Apoorva Mehta.

Rhea Chakraborty is suspected because most of the personal stuff that she knew as Sushant’s girlfriend, Mahesh Bhatt also knew. Rhea was scheming and convinced Sushant that he has schizophrenia and got him hooked on the antidepressants. Rhea was also not in good terms with Sushant’s family especially his sister who also stays in Mumbai. After his death, she changed a lot of things on her Insta and Twitter. During the interrogation, Chakraborty confirmed that she had been living with Rajput and that the couple was looking to invest in property together as they had planned to get married in November. Rhea’s phone was also thoroughly scanned by the police, including the pictures and videos of the couple and the texts exchanged. When the police asked Chakraborty about her alleged break-up with Rajput, she admitted that she had left the Carter Road penthouse that was shared by the couple after getting into a fight with the late actor. Chakraborty also confessed that the couple had kept in touch with each other on the phone and over the texts even after the fight. Chakraborty also happened to be the last person Rajput called before going to sleep every day.

As per media reports, Sushant Singh Rajput had set up three companies one was Vivid rage in 2018, virtual reality, and Artificial intelligence among the other two. Rhea Chakraborty and her brother were the directors in said companies. The most scandalous thing she did was remove all pictures of Sushant Singh Rajput from her Insta handle and she left the SSR flat before a day of his demise. According to Rhea if SSR was depressed and he was not willing to take his tablet’s. The question is if he was at that stage being his close one how she moves out of the flat leaving him to suffer? Sushant Singh Rajput’s father states in FIR lodged at Patna station that Rhea endangered Sushant, took his credit cards. The four-member team of Patna Police has left for Mumbai to question Rhea and her family. The FIR which mentions that the case has been filed under the sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide). They made him vacate his existing house claiming ghostly activity. Rhea & family made Sushant stay in a hotel close to Mumbai airport and was repeatedly told that he was mentally disturbed & must get treated. Sushant’s sister asked him to return home, but Rhea refused and pressurized him to continue treatment for mental health. She blackmailed Sushant that if he leaves for Coorg, she will tell the media about his mental health. When Sushant started running low on finances, Rhea left & blocked him. Rhea stole his gadgets, jewelry, and documents before leaving. Sushant called his sister & told her that Rhea could trap him. His father also mentioned Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian, who also committed suicide. Disha Salian was appointed by Rhea and when she committed suicide, he feared Rhea would trap him too. Sushant was afraid that Rhea could have made him responsible for his manager’s suicide as she had threatened to frame him in the secretary’s suicide case. Sushant’s father has expressed he is unable to go to Mumbai to fight the case due to his health issues and hence filed the case in Patna. Meanwhile, Rhea’s lawyers also geared up to answer the questions raised on Rhea.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s supporters believe that he could not have died without a reason. He is a genius and he may have left it as a puzzle to solve the mystery behind his suicide which is still unexplored. Another most recent update is that the doctors and police have declared it is suicide and not homicide as per his visceral test reports. It is not yet proven whether he committed suicide or its homicide. How far the police or the government will go to investigate is still unclear.

PUBG Ban: In India alone, the app boasts of over 175 million downloads

Pubg Ban, PUBG, Chinese Apps, Ban on China, TikTok, Indian Games, Top 10 Games, Ban on PubG Game

The government banned 47 more Chinese apps that were clones of the earlier banned apps. Some of these include TikTok Lite, Helo Lite, ShareIt Lite, Bigo Lite and VFY Lite, all of which are reportedly unavailable on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. While PUBG is not a part of the list, it is said to be under the scanner. The government may soon ban Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) in India. Reports suggesting a ban on 275 apps have started to surface online a month after the Indian government banned 59 Chinese apps, including popular ones like TikTok, UC Browser, citing data security concerns.

PUBG is one of the most popular smartphone mobile games in India and many other countries. In India alone, the app boasts of over 175 million downloads. PUBG has been developed by a South Korean video game company called Bluehole. However, Chinese multinational conglomerate Tencent holds a considerable amount of share in the popular game. Coronavirus Update | BMC plans to shut down COVID Care Centres with low occupancy. The government is considering a ban on the battle royale format game over data security concerns. Several apps have been on the radar lately owing to alleged data-sharing practices with the Chinese government.

PUBG has been subject to heavy criticism several times in the past but for a different reason. After receiving several complaints from parents and guardians, some state governments across the nation put a temporary ban on the gaming app for its addictive nature that had a psychological impact on players, especially youngsters. PUBG had, then, assured to take feedback from parents, educators and government organisations to create a safe ecosystem that would enhance the game playing experience. India’s neighbouring country, Pakistan, too, has banned PUBG earlier this month on the grounds of the addictive nature of the game that is detrimental to the player’s health. Later, on July 26, a Pakistan court lifted the ban.

PUBG ban is need of hour, many lives ruined over plying this

It is really good decision if PUBG gets banned in India, You will find many youth and kids playing this game and most of those kids don’t have a good sense of the balance which is needed between virtual entertainment and real life, players often forget everything and play the game for hours upon hours, which is a thing needed to be carefully looked upon, little kids doing too much of anything is not good, as they still don’t have a good sense of the world. Adults, giving up everything and playing the game invites a lot of isolation to their life. PUBG Mobile is one of the famous gaming sensations that has smartphone users on the edge. From thrilling excitement to fears of addiction, PUBG Mobile players are trying to strike a balance. But reports of PUBG Mobile causing imbalance in life, to the extent where some players are seeking medical help to overcome the addiction. Educational institutes have warned against the gaming habits of students and one university even banned playing the game in the campus premises. PUBG ruining many of the subs. People are so indulged in that game even they forget to sleep. One of my family members set up her own business which was doing quite well but one day for the sake of entertainment she started playing this game, and late nights, long days the addiction was so difficult to give up till the time she realized her business came to scratch and survival became a challenge. She went into deep depression, gave up playing PUBG but got addicted to drugs. The journey in one addiction to another and then rehabilitation was very much challenging. PUBG really ruined her prospects of life, standing again on her own took quite a lot of time.

Many school going kids have common complaints of less percentage which made many parents saddened. This game is not at all good for the youth who do not have self-control. With all that’s going on, PUBG Mobile is still growing by leaps and bounds. It has finally surpassed its chief rival Fortnite with higher daily active users. According to a recent report, PUBG Mobile has 200 million downloads and 30 million daily active users. PUBG Mobile witnessed overnight success in India, where the game also showed the country’s first-ever TV commercial for a mobile game. As the roaring success of PUBG Mobile continues to rise in India, concerns regarding the game’s effect on students are persistent. The biggest nightmare is that, the game looks real as this game contains mountains, houses, rivers, people, guns, vehicles, roads etc. As you sleep, you think about the game and it also comes in your dreams.

If you start playing this game for more than the purpose of entertainment, then sometimes you think about your future, studies, then you have no idea how depressed you feel. When gaming first made a foray in India, it was more of a sideline than the gully rap in 2012. The elder generation wasn’t very sure about it, only children of a certain background could access it, and parents made rules to their whims and fancies about access to it. That was a solid decade of good gaming for Indians. Once a company called Milestone started selling legal copies of games, a small but active gaming community started out. What actually drove Indian gamers to games is the fresh content, something that wasn’t available on the TV or in our films. And of course, there was this concept of the player controlling the character. That age of gaming was full of single player games that had the gamer lose themselves in the story, the characters and look in awe at the sheer amount of technology that went into the game. All that changed when a little known, addition to Half-Life, Counter-Strike, made its way into the world. Counter-Strike was an MMO, a Massively Multiplayer Online game, where players could – and had to shoot each other – to win the game. All of a sudden, gaming was Counter-Strike. The amusing part is that when CS became so popular, it had to be ‘procured’ and players played it on a LAN. I doubt if anyone ever bought a legal copy of Counter-Strike when the game was popular. But it became massively famous in cybercafes, where teenagers would spend hours and hours shooting each other. The cyber cafe owners soon realized that the adrenaline rushed teenagers and the concept of shooting and killing in closed, dimly lit environs wasn’t a good idea. In a while, some cyber cafes became game only cafes and others stopped allowing customers to play CS. PUBG is today what CS was back then. Everyone knows it, almost everyone has played it and yet, very few have paid for it. Especially now when you are forced to stay at home, and nothing much to offer you entertainment. Studies have gone in virtual classes; the kids have become like zombies with such games. They have limited themselves to smart phones and slowly the detachment with surroundings goes so harsh that they land up in emotional traumas and personality disorders. Two young men in Maharashtra died while playing PUBG on the railway track. They were so engrossed in the game that they couldn’t realise that a train was approaching them at first place. Not sure about whether PUBG will be really banned in India or not, but the app is already banned in some states considering all the nuisance that people are doing because of the game. The Indian youngsters are getting too addicted to games that they play everywhere such as schools, colleges, public transport and places. If the future generation needs to be saved then banning this game would benefit the most.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday wrote to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, asserting that the law and order in the state is in shambles due to increase in the kidnapping incidents. She, in her letter, also raised the issue of alleged kidnapping of businessman Vikram Tyagi from Ghaziabad.

In the letter, priyanka Gandhi, who is also the party’s general secretary in-charge of eastern Uttar Pradesh, said, “Kidnapping incidents are increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Law and order situation is deteriorating. Please set in place the law and order situation. The public is worried.”

The Congress leader sought the UP-CM’s attention to the issue of an alleged kidnapping incident in Ghaziabad, where a man named Vikram Tyagi is missing for the last one month.

“The family members doubt that he has been kidnapped. Despite repeated requests, no proper action has been taken by the police. Few days ago, a party member went to meet them. They are worried,” she said.

Priyanka Gandhi also requested the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister to lend a helping hand to the family and also strictly direct the police officers to do the same.
