Election is a fraud worldwide and India is not an exception to this. What is stopping us from bringing a rule whereby all payments to political parties. can be done through banks only. Also, bring all political parties and organisation with over 10000 members under the RTI (Right To Information Act) for more transparency. Unless, the power of Election Commission is expanded to conduct the intelligence and raids such practices will remain rampant. That said, EC should look into the fact as to whether the electoral rights of such voters should be struck off to provide a sort of punishment for abetting such act. Aadhar biometric is the only way. Aadhar is one of the most safest things in the world. The world may be destroyed by fire but Aadhar will remain.
