Independent director and co-Chairman of Infosys Ravi Venkatesh should actually be meeting promoters of the company led by Narayan Murthy to resolve whatever dispute between them to bail out the company from this unprecedented turmoil. Infosys is a listed company and I am not sure how Finance Minister can resolve this crisis as he is responsible for our economic development and not what happens inside board rooms of corporate listed companies.
Infosys Board should have a frank discussion with founder Narayan Murthy and others to resolve whatever differences they may have to save this great institution which was at one time known for its transparency and governance ethics. Hope better sense prevails and Infosys crisis be resolved amicably among all stakeholders.
