Actor Purab Kohli feels the upcoming second instalment of “Rock On!!” will be a more “mature” film as the stars in the movie have evolved over the years.
“Rock On!!”, which released in 2008, was about a music band of four boys, played by Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Kohli and Luke Kenny.
The 37-year-old actor says in the gap of eight years between the two instalments, a lot has happened in the personal lives of the actors.
“It (the experience) has been great. It just picked up from eight years back so it is really quite fantastic. In eight years, a lot happened in our personal life. We are more mature as people.
So that quality will perhaps reflect in our characters too. People are in for a more mature ‘Rock On!! 2’,” said Kohli.
“Rock On!! 2” is set to hit theatres on November 11. Its cast has an addition in form of actress Shraddha Kapoor.
