How can one forget the two anmol ratans of Bollywood Ram- Jackie Shroff and Lakhan- Anil Kapoor! Well, hold your breath, for a remake of this epic movie is going to be made soon and the classic jodi will be essayed by none other the ‘Gunday’ star Ranveer Singh and ‘Kaminey’ actor Shahid Kapoor, as these two are the powerhouse of energy in the B-Town.
According to a report in Mid-day, actors like Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh were in the race to play Lakhan while Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Sidharth Malhotra were competing for Ram’s part. Finally, the filmmakers have finalised Ranveer-Shahid for the legendary jodi! Though the actors have not confirmed for the roles yet
Lakhan will be essayed by Ranveer Singh, where as Ram’s character will be essayed by Shahid Kapoor
Also, the makers are on a hunt for the fresh faces to essay Madhuri dixit and Dimple Kapadia’s part. Rohit Shetty, who’ll be directing the respective project is yet to make the official announcement for the epic classic!
