HSC paper leak has become common in Mumbai and this is not the first time we face such a ticklish situation. It is indeed test time for the student appearing for the HSC test. Mumbai as the commercial capital does possess the money power and bring out the question paper well in advance is not a difficult proposition to the candidates. They tap the right source to get the leaked paper and once it reaches their hand they pass on the information fast through whatsapp or through e mail to quicken the process of leak at a fast pace and it reaches every nook and corner of the city. Though the questions papers are preserved in a seal cover and kept in the safe custody of bankers under dual key control system, the paper leak emnates from the press and the person helping out the cause of the students in a big way getting paid very well. The racket carrying out such operations in a most meticulous way should be caught and the cops should be alerted on the eve of exam to stop such menace in future and to have full proof system to preserve question papers in a secured way.
