Calvin was in an SUV when a VW Beetle car crossed over the middle line and crashed straight into him. A female passenger was ejected from the car, and is believed to have suffered a broken pelvis. Calvin suffered cuts to his face, including one laceration, as per TMZ. When he called up Taylor to tell her the news, she naturally froze with fear.
“Taylor was very scared when she got a call from Calvin saying he had been in a terrible accident,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Her first reaction was to ask if he needed her to be with him, but Calvin told her everything was ok and he was just a little shaken up.”
Brave Calvin didn’t want much of a fuss made, the source continued, and didn’t want Taylor to get too worked up about the accident. “He broke the news to her quite gently because he didn’t want Taylor fretting too much,” the source said. “But she’s a natural worrier and often fears the worst. However, everything was ok in the end and she can be relieved that he came out of the accident relatively unharmed, but for a few cuts.”
