Phase three of the crucial Uttar Pradesh election saw polling took place in the stronghold of Yadav and with 61 per cent voter turnout anybody can turn the tables if the people wish to have a change. Having seen split in SP, the CM and party head Akhilesh Yadav chalked out a plan to join hands with Congress to put pay the hopes of an upset by BJP. Lucknow, Kanpur, Etawah and Unnao all vote bastions’ of SP voted and it is crucial one and expected to change the fortune in this assembly polls. The stakes are very high for a SP win and BJP is not falling behind as Varanasi is Prime Minister’s home constituency and the people are hoping for a change from the developmental angle. BSP can finish third if they do well in places where backward class votes are in plenty. The three cornered contest will be of keen interest and we are in a fix how the results will turnaround. It is in voters hand as some round of polling is on the cards and people should go in for a stable government in the largest state of UP.
