Tourism minister should be taught a lesson

KJ Alphons is going out of gear and commenting about the use of petrol by car owners; it not only look awkward but should not have come from the mouth of a reputed minister. Once the ministers get priced posting, they start uttering nonsense and that is not in lines with the decorum and dignity of his post. Car owners are having their own option and if they starve or not, it is up to them to use their car or not and the minister need not comment in a very silly manner. His comments were unwarranted at a time when the fuel prices have gone up and people feel the pinch already with the increase in prices of consumer items, vegetables and fruits. The opposition is ready to make comment and call it as atrocious and unwanted at this stage. It is high time that the Prime Minister Modi must control his ministers to keep their tongue in check or else the Union government will lose its colour. Such silly and useless comments should be censured and the minister should be taught a lesson for his authoritative comments under the present circumstances.
