The ‘Udta Punjab’ row is getting murkier by the day. And ever since the long battle started between CBFC and the film crew; many celebrities have given their valuable input on the on-going issue.
Almost a majority of film stars supported the stance of ‘Udta Punjab’ film crew. Stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra have come ahead and voiced their support for the film.
Now film actor Sanjay Dutt has contributed his bit to the whole issue. Dutt said, “film industry should not be pressurized, request everybody to support us,” as quoted by ANI.
‘Udta Punjab’ embroiled in a controversy days before its scheduled release – and challenged by the CBFC for its content and title. The Board advised 89 cuts in the film.
