A special anti-terror court acquitted Hindutva preacher Swami Aseemanand and four others in the 2007 Mecca Masjid blast case, declaring that ‘lack of evidence’ and in “mid day report” (prosecution failed to prove “even a single allegation” against them, said lawyers. What’s the reality with it? No one knows. But I would like to draw the attention of Supreme Court and High Court’s judges especially, the Chief Justice of India (CJI), there are thousands of youths are stuffed in dungeon without any allegations for years, when the day comes, they would walk free with their due respect?
