A clarion call

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has chosen a right time to express his mind and gave a free talk about smooth functioning of Parliament.  Congress party has been adopting the policy of disrupting the parliament as they could not get the required number to oppose and find it easy to make sure that parliament did not function for a prolonged period through their meaningless interventions. This is causing lot of discomfiture to the ruling party and the tax payers money is being wasted for parliament paralysis. The role of the opposition should be more constructive rather than create hurdles in development. Meaningful dialogue and lengthy debates can serve the purpose better than regular disruptions. Modi has taken the liberty to inform the public on New Year how Congress is instrumental in causing damage to the parliamentary politics and chose to act in a crooked way to avoid sitting in both the houses of parliament. When the Congress celebrates the New Year, they should pledge and pass a resolution not to disrupt the parliament in any way.
