Mahatma Gandhi said, “A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.” Changing ones thoughts is very similar to changing ones habits, any habit. Increasing the positivity in our life is simple, but not easy. We have to take responsibility and make it happen, because no one will do it for us. Most of the time, we are being surrounded with a ton of negativity in our lives. We’re constantly being bombarded with pressure and stressful situations, but it is our choice how we are going to respond to them. By choosing to take a positive outlook on life, you can begin to shift out of a negative frame of mind and see life as filled with possibilities and solutions instead of worries and obstacles. We must believe in ourselves and remember the most important lesson that a positive outlook is a choice that we can always make. Not only we need to be positive with ourselves but also need to be positive with others. Let us choose to be positive, choose to be happy as life is short.
