Bengaluru building crash

Bengaluru building fell like a pack of cards and there are causalities for the careless way of construction prevailing in the state of Karnataka. The builders colluding with state government pay little importance to quality of work and that leads to disaster. Henceforth audit must be conducted for under construction buildings also for inspecting the building materials used and the work ethics followed by the builder. These builders find it easy to get prospective buyers and early birds to get their building project a gala start. Once they receive response from large number of buyers there is compromise about the quality of the building material used and the technical-know how followed to cause such a crash.  Poor quality of cement and bricks causes such a collapse with the beams does not have the strength to pile up more floors in the existing structure already built. Hence the buyers are fooled and Karnataka State Government should enforce strict laws to stop such projects without proper plan and approval.
