Time is ripe for captain MS Dhoni to hang his boots when his popularity is at its peak and pass on the baton to Virat Kohli in limited overs as well as he is in tremendous form at the moment. India demolished New Zealand with ease in the Dharamsala ODI and this Kiwi side is no match for our team. Indians should give youngsters a chance and give rest to senior cricketers and I believe our ‘B’ team too can beat this New Zealand side with comfort. Dhoni is one of the greatest cricketers our country has ever produced and he has won a lot of laurels for our country which includes world cup win in ODI and T-20 apart from brilliant performance in Tests as well. He is still the best wicketkeeper batsman our country has at the moment but time has come for Dhoni to move on and give some youngster a chance. The batsman eventually has to retire someday and why not when he is at his peak. MS Dhoni should open a sports academy and pass on some of his skills to budding talent which would be a great service to the Indian cricket!
