Have we ever pondered why some people do not come forward to help the victims of accidents/murders or report deaths they have witnessed somehow? The reason behind such apparent callousness can be found in the fact that if they take an accident victim to the hospital, the hospital staff and the police will bother them the most and they will have to keep on visiting the police station whenever they are called there, face gruelling questions and much harassment until and unless the case is closed.
Both Keenan Santos and Reuben Fernandes should be given an award for their bravery, as they died fighting for a good cause, trying to save the girls from molestation and rape. Will the government punish the perverts and killers? Hope justice is delivered to them.
