Indian cricketers need a pep talk

The series against New Zealand is commencing and it is time to rebuild our test team, instead of just thinking about the Mumbai Ranji side show against Kiwi side.  Practice matches are of secondary importance most of the time.  Rohit Sharma failing against the touring team at Delhi may not matter much as he can very well score tons of runs in the test matches. But media blows this issue out of proportion. Again, the Indian A Team touring Australia was at the receiving end in both the test matches and the team lost the series 0-1 and whitewash was averted due to rain on the last day. The newspapers highlight the home show all the time and forget conveniently about overseas poor show. Now New Zealand team has arrived in India and it is necessary for Team India to spend valuable time in the nets for preparing themselves for the Test series. Kiwi underdogs may upset the applecart as the touring team is having good crop of spinners and their batsmen are fully equipped to face quality spinners.  A pep talk may help out the test side to perform well in our backyard.
