Travelling from Marol Naka to Sion is like commuting from Mumbai to Pune by road. Every evening after 5.00 pm there is a huge traffic jam along the Andheri-Kurla Road and the authorities concerned are turning a blind eye towards it. This has been going on for years — 30 years as far as I can remember. I leave office at 6.00 p.m. and by the time I reach Kurla railway station to board a train for Dombivili, it is almost 9.00 p.m.; sometimes, it is even 10.00 p.m. Will the authorities concerned do something about it, now at least? It is better late than never. Sometimes massive traffic jam is witnessed during morning on our way to work.
