Noisy aircraft is a nuisance for people staying in residential colonies. The noise is causing sleepless sound during take offs starting from the belt of Kurla, Chembur and last up to Navi Mumbai at times. As we find that in recent time there is no noise limit at Indian airports and that is a sorry state as well. People staying in the vicinity of the airport had tough time in the past and induction of big aircrafts in the list of flights by airlines, the situation is increasingly becoming bad to worse. The city airport is trying to have a noise desk and monitor the impact of sound on residential areas.
