New govt in Arunachal Pradesh

In a land mark verdict, the five judge bench has vacated interim order and a new Government has been formed in Arunachal state. This a day after it had issued an interim order directing that status quo should be maintained in AP State in view of crisis created by the withdrawal of dissidents from the Congress party. The disqualification of 14 rebel Congress MLAs were sought and the court decided in staying the order and  observed that in the prima facie case, the bench are not inclined to interfere with High Court order and the members are satisfied with the developments taking place in the past few days. Having seen the original records which are put before us by the Registrar General of Guwahati High court for no interference at this stage but decided that the ad-interim order passed is vacated.
