Good News Mumbaikar – Women’s special Bus on the way

Ladies Special, BEST Busses, BEST Bus, Special bus for Woman

Maharashtra Chief Minister, Uddhav Thackeray has agreed to take call on women’s special buses demanded by Women and Child Development Minister, Adv Yashomati Thakur. Two days back she wrote a letter demanding starting special bus service for women as well as additional bus service for officers and employees of government, semi-government and private establishments for commuting due to the limited frequency of the suburban local trains where access is only for those classified as essential service providers. As a result, office goers are facing many problems daily in commuting to and from office. CM Uddhav is yet to receive this letter on his table but following the news around and inputs from officials he promptly agreed to take call on this demand, said CMO official to Afternoon Voice.

The Central Government has provided the facility of passes with QR code for traveling by railways. However, QR code passes are not issued to most officers and employees. So alternatively, they have to travel by public transport bus which is running with limited frequency. Due to the limited frequency of the buses, a large number of commuters, especially women, have to wait for hours in long queues. Even if one gets to enter the bus, many times they have to travel standing.

Advocate Thakur has written a letter to the CM in this regard. In the letter she said that the ongoing lockdown in the entire state has been relaxed. Officers and employees of government, private establishments in all essential services, especially women, are required to be present in the office or their place of duty. Even BEST is in dialogue with CMO to see the viability.

Women have to take care of their house as well as their profession also these days due to the beginning of the unlock everyone is seen rushing to reach their offices or work place in time.

Adv. Thakur in her letter to the CM writes, “Women have to wait for 2-3 hours every day to board the bus and even after getting in the bus, another two three hours are wasted due to traffic jams. Sometimes they have to travel standing if there is no vacant seat in the bus. Especially in the city, it is very difficult to reach by bus. There is also a need to increase the number of buses in view of the crowding in the bus. Therefore, it is necessary to provide special bus service for women as well as additional bus service for officers and employees of government and private establishments.”

Bollywood extends support to Urmila Matondkar, after Kangana Ranaut’s ‘soft porn star’ barb

Urmila Matondkar, Kangana Ranaut, Porn Star, Soft Porn Star, Kangana, Urmila, Jaya Bacchan, SSR, Sushant Singh RajputThe queen of Bollywood Kangana Ranaut has been in headlines since the past two months over her several controversial statements. Starting from late actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case to her comments on the presence of an alleged “drug mafia” in Bollywood, her comment on comparing Mumbai to POK and now she yet made another controversial statement by calling actress Urmila Matondkar ‘soft porn star’.

Talking in an interview with a leading news channel on Wednesday, Kangana called the Rangeela actress a ‘soft porn star’. Kangana said, “I saw one very derogatory interview given by Urmila Matondkar. The way she was talking about me, pulling faces, making a mockery about my struggles, attacking me on the fact that I am trying to appease BJP for a ticket. One doesn’t have to be a genius to figure for me it is not very difficult to get a ticket. Urmila is a soft porn star. She is not known for her acting for sure, what is she known for? For doing soft porns right. If she could get a ticket, why wouldn’t I get a ticket?”

It seems both Kangana and Urmila have been engaged in a war of words. Reacting to Kangana’s earlier comments about the existence of a “drug mafia” in Bollywood, Urmila said, “The entire country is facing the menace of drugs. Does she (Kangana) know Himachal is the origin of drugs? She should start from her own state.”

Urmila also slammed Kangana for disrespecting senior actress Jaya Bachchan who had objected to the entire film industry being ‘tarnished’, in her speech in Parliament on Tuesday. “When Kangana was not even born, Jaya ji was in the film industry. We’re talking about a lady here (Jaya Bachchan) who has herself been an icon. Which part of Indian culture tells you to lash out at people like this?”, Urmila said.

After Kangana’s soft porn attack, several Bollywood celebrities are coming out in support of Urmila.

Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha took to twitter said, “Just felt like saying this to one of the most beautiful, elegant, evocative, expressive actresses ever. Sending you love @UrmilaMatondkar.”

Actress Swara Bhasker tweeted, “Dear @UrmilaMatondkar ji, remembering ur outstanding performances in Masoom, Chamatkaar, Rangeela, Judaai, Daud, Satya, Bhoot, Kaun, Jungle, Pyaar Tuney Kya Kiya, Tehzeeb, Pinjar, Ek Hasina Thi.. among others and have marvelled at your acting chops & brilliant dancing! Love u.”

Pooja Bhatt tweeted words of appreciation for Urmila, “@UrmilaMatondkar you are a legend. #Rangeela was a treat visually, emotionally and you raised the bar for all of us in so many ways. You left us all, co-actors, and an entire generation of moviegoers awestruck! Sensuality & dignity.. two qualities you combined & embodied. Respect!”

Mumbai University exam 2020: No schedule, unclear on question banks makes student anxious

Mumbai university, final year exams, uday samant, students, exams, mumbai, university, education ministerWith less than two weeks to go for the Mumbai University online examination of 2020, however, students still are unclear on whether or not they would be receiving the question bank of MCQs being prepared by various affiliated colleges of MU.

It’s been reported that several college principals denied any guidelines in this regard being present in the circular issued to them. The Mumbai University has released two circulars in regard to final year exams. The circulars have mentioned the comprehensive bank of multiple-choice questions, (MCQs) to be prepared by the cluster of colleges. However, it does not mention anywhere the need for it to be shared with the students. And this has left both colleges and students confused and worried.

When Afternoon Voice contacted Siddharth Ingle president, Maharashtra Students Union (MASU) on this he said, “Earlier the Mumbai University assured us that question bank for each subject will be compiled and shared with students because MCQ format paper is a new concept. However now Mumbai University is claiming that they are not going to provide any questions banks, instead, they asked colleges to give questions banks for mock tests. But now, colleges aren’t sharing anything, and instead insisting on holding mock tests only.”

He further added, “The Maharashtra Governor has time to meet celebrity and politician but doesn’t have time to meet us. We have sent two emails to the chancellor of all the university Hon’ble Bhagat Singh Koshyari on the same but haven’t got any response from him.”

Talking on the same Sobhana Vasudevan, principal, R A Podar College Matunga said, “as this concept is new for the student the university and the state education department have insisted on a practice test which should help students understand the concept.”

When asked about the question banks she said that Colleges have not been asked to share question banks with students.

As per the Mumbai university schedule, the exams will take place on October 1. While the practical exams for repeater candidates will begin on September 15 and the theory exam will start from September 25. On September 4, the state Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant said that they are also planning to bring the results out by October 31 to save the students’ academic year.

Students express their views

“As per the Board earlier we would be promoted as graduates without giving any exams. And we were mentally prepared for that. Now it is quite hard for us to go through the syllabus again because we haven’t been studying for the past 5 months. Also, Studying in this pandemic is quite difficult without any source of guidance. The MCQ format is good, only if they provide us with the question banks or else it can be difficult for the students to go through every single question”, Mhakvika Shetty, a TYBBI student from St. Gonsalo Garcia College said.

Shubham Tiwari, studying BS-CIT from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar college said, “The university earlier decided that they would just promote us on earlier results but later they changed their decision. In some colleges, students are aware of the online exam and it would be taken in MCQ format with the question bank. We are even been told to set up 2 devices so that through one they could supervise us and in the other one students can give their exams. As students, we are not aware of the correct information which left us confused and anxious.”

“As we are told that our exams are going to be held in the MCQ pattern this year. And somewhere we are not comfortable with the MCQ format as a wrong question will directly give us a zero. MCQs pattern has become a bit difficult for us because neither do we have any idea about the question pattern nor the questions banks are provided”, Sweta Pandey pursuing MS-CIT from Kalina University said.

Another student Sharal Oilver doing TYBBI from GG College said, “Firstly I think this is the right decision because without exams it is hard to compile which will work for all universities across India. Secondly, if we get degrees without exams it will cause a disturbance in the future when we apply for jobs or future education in foreign countries. Talking about the MCQ pattern I don’t disagree with that process, but we’re not clear with the syllabus and question banks and these uncertainties can make students go on the edge.”

COVID-19 brings all lows to common man’s life

Unfortunate migrant laborers had nowhere to go, nothing to eat and none to look to for any help. The lockdown reminds one of this government’s colossal failures such as demonetization and flawed GST implementation. With India already grappling with an economic slowdown and job losses, COVID-19 has struck at the most unfortunate time. And the inept handling by the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance government has only worsened the situation. As always, the downtrodden sections of the society have had to bear the brunt of it. Doctors, nurses, health workers, police personnel have had to suffer a lot since the country was not prepared for this tragedy. After the lockdown, it will take months to get the workforce back, and streamline the machinery. There will also be a rush to complete pending projects. Migrants have lost faith; they became hopeless and shattered. Asking them to resume is another catastrophe because they are so scared of present circumstances. It’s been six long months now, doctors are also asking for a break, some of the migrants somehow returned to the city but no employment, government offices have scanty staff and job crises are a big challenge ahead. Above all, the opposition and government have locked horns on several occasions without understanding the public lives during the pandemic. Local trains yet to be resumed, with available best buses people stand hours on bus depot to commute. Mumbai is in a mess.

When the world and opposition were warning about COVID 19 threat, our government was busy in the mass event where lakhs of people traveled to India and left giving us the gift of Coronavirus. Once the government got out of its languor and imposed a countrywide lockout, it did not bother them about the common man and migrant workers and daily wagers. On one hand, all the MPs and MLA’s got a hike in their salaries amid these crises in spite of holding all riches and hardly doing anything for the people at large. On the other hand, the commoners are fighting for one meal and survival but the government turned its back by being a mute spectator. The Centre declared the lockdown and imposed other harsh measures without consulting any of the state governments. Just like announcing demonetization, without any clue, people were thrown out with various challenges. Many lost their lives then and many losing their lives even today. The anarchy and confusion were foreseeable. No one knows what this government is up to and what this Prime Minister is actually doing? Cores of funds raised to battle the crises, people with large heart rendered donations, cores of rupees were taken as loans from banks in the name of COVID crises, but nothing has changed on the ground.

The unemployment tracker survey released by Centre for the Monitoring of Indian Economy (CMIE), the only data source of its kind that reports unemployment on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. The CMIE interviews about 3,500 randomly selected persons in its consumer survey. Post-lockdown, like everything else, the survey too came to a halt. They managed to do only 2,289 interviews in the last week of March. But the data was not released as the sample was too small and the week was rather unusual. India has gone economically backward by many years but the Government seems to be too hardly bothered. According to the Centre of Indian Trade Unions, Over 490 IT employees in Bengaluru and West Bengal have lost their jobs so far, citing a market slowdown due to the global coronavirus the companies have laid off its employees, the startups are in the same boat. They just began, boomed and busted within no time. India’s startup ecosystem is also staring at monstrous losses. Many are instituting layoffs or pay cuts as fears intensify.

Many prominent media houses have sanctioned layoffs or mandatory leave without pay. While The Indian Express and Business Standard newspapers have announced pay cuts, others are also taking steps to curb costs. On April 10, 15 employees of News Nation, a Hindi news national channel, were asked to leave with immediate effect. On April 13, digital news website The Quint asked about 45 employees to go on indefinite leave without pay. The organization faced “a truly unprecedented situation…in these circumstances, it is clear that our revenues will be under severe strain over the next 3-4 months. Times Life, the Sunday supplement of the Times of India also asked its employees to leave on April 13. Small media houses just silently vanished from the race. It is with the salon and parlor industry many beauty parlor owners and barbers committed suicides because three long months zero business has shattered their fortune. They have a survival crisis.

On April 15, global airlines’ grouping International Air Transport Association (IATA) noted that more than 20 lakh jobs are at risk in India’s aviation sector. Passenger revenue is expected to fall by more than $8.8 billion and passenger demand declines by 36%. Some domestic airlines, such as Spice Jet and Go Air, have resorted to leaving without pay and layoffs of expat pilots. Travel restrictions, including in India, are paralyzing the hospitality sector too. The coronavirus scare has crippled the sector completely. In March India’s merchandise exports shrunk by a record 34.6% while imports declined 28.7% as countries sealed their borders to combat the virus. Like the hospitality industry, the export sector, too, is demanding the government to intervene to save it from the massive crisis. Over 1.5 crore people in India could lose their jobs in the wake of gloomy global trade trends due to Covid-19, predicted industry body. The sectors that are heavily dependent on exports are apparel, gems, jeweler, handicrafts, and engineering among others. The apparel export sector alone estimates 2.5-3 million job losses because of order cancellations. Now somehow flights are resumed but the business has gone down to unexpected lows.

No infiltration along Sino-Indian border in last 6 months: Govt tells Rajya Sabha

Nityanand Rai in Rajya Sabha

The government on Wednesday said there has been no infiltration along the Sino-Indian border in the last six months, while 47 infiltration bids have been reported along the Indo-Pak border during the period.

The Union Home Ministry also informed the Rajya Sabha that 594 attempts of infiltration into Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistani militants have been reported in the last three years, of which 312 were successful.

“No infiltration has been reported along Indo-China border during the last six months,” Union Minister of State for Home Nityanad Rai said in a written response to a question. Replying a separate question, Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy said 582 terrorists were killed in Jammu and Kashmir by security forces in the last three years, while 46 terrorists were arrested during the period.

As many as 76 army personnel were also killed in Jammu and Kashmir from 2018 till September 8 this year, he said.

Delhi govt directs schools to observe ‘dry day’ once a week to prevent mosquito breeding

Delhi School Sisodia

The Delhi government has directed all schools in the national capital to observe “dry day” once a week during which coolers, flower pots, bird pots, water containers, stagnant water, and other possible sites be checked thoroughly to prevent mosquito breeding. The move is part of the awareness campaign for school students against vector-borne diseases like dengue, malaria, and chikungunya.

“The rainy season is most conducive for vector-borne diseases like dengue, chikungunya, and malaria which spread during this time every year. These are all mosquito generated diseases and they sometimes gain epidemic proportions if preventive measures are not taken.

“Prevention is the best method to control any disease. In order to control and prevent the outbreak, it is essential to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes and students should be made aware of this,” the Directorate of Education (DoE) said in a letter to school principals. In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all the schools are closed for students and hence all heads of schools are directed to utilize the facilities of social media and mass messaging to give instructions to students to follow at home, it added.

Wearing full-sleeved clothing, using mosquito repellents, putting wire mesh on doors and windows to prevent the entry of mosquitoes, covering all water tanks and containers with well-fitted lids to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes, are among the measures listed in the awareness campaign.

“Observance of dry day once in a week in all schools (preferably on last working day) during which coolers, flower pots, bird pots, water containers, any scrap, stagnant water, and other possible breeding sites to be checked thoroughly for ensuring no possibility of mosquito breeding,” the DoE said. All schools have also been directed to appoint a nodal officer who will be responsible for all activities related to the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases and monitor the activities being carried out.

Pakistan ‘epicenter of terrorism’; persecutes Hindus, Sikhs, Christians: India at Geneva

India in Geneva

Describing Pakistan as an “epicenter of terrorism”, India has said that no one deserves an unsolicited lecture on human rights from Islamabad that has consistently persecuted its ethnic and religious minorities including Hindus, Sikhs, and Christians. Exercising the Right of Reply to the statements made by Pakistan at the 45th session of the Human Rights Council (HRC), the Indian representative on Tuesday (local time) said that it has become habitual for Pakistan to malign India with false and fabricated narratives for its self-serving malicious purposes.

“Neither India nor others deserve this unsolicited lecture on human rights from a country that has consistently persecuted its ethnic and religious minorities, is an epicenter of terrorism, has the distinction of providing pensions to individuals on UN Sanctions list, and has a Prime Minister who proudly admits training tens of thousands of terrorists to fight in Jammu and Kashmir,” the Indian diplomat said. It was not surprising that other relevant multilateral institutions have been raising serious concerns on Pakistan’s failure to stop terror financing and lack of effective actions against all terror entities in Pakistan, India said.

Highlighting the nefarious designs of Pakistan in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), it said, “the mass influx of outsiders has whittled down the number of Kashmiris to an insignificant number in Pakistan occupied parts of Indian Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh”. “In its zeal to reassert its theocratic ideology, it (Pakistan) has ensured that ethnic and religious minorities have no future through systematic persecution, blasphemy laws, forced conversions, targeted killings, sectarian violence, and faith-based discrimination,” India said.

Thousands of Sikh, Hindu, and Christian minority women and girls have been subjected to abductions, forced marriages, and conversions in Pakistan, it said. On the plight of people in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Sindh, India said, “Not a single day has gone by when a family in Balochistan doesn’t find its members picked up or kidnapped by the security forces of Pakistan.” “Pakistan does well when it comes to intimidation and attacks against journalists, human rights defenders, and political dissidents in particular by its state machinery. It is not without a reason that Pakistan has been highlighted by international organisations as a country where journalists are slain and their killers go scot-free,” India said.

India also slammed Pakistan for “abusing various HRC mechanisms and platforms for raising issues, which are extraneous to the mandate of the HRC and which relate to the internal affairs of India, with a view to distract the attention of the international community from serious human rights violations committed by it against its own people, including in Indian territories occupied by it.” India also rejected the reference made by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to Jammu and Kashmir, which is an integral part of India. “The OIC has no locus standi to comment on internal affairs of India. The OIC has allowed itself to be misused by Pakistan to subverse its own Agenda. It’s for the members of the OIC to decide if it is in their interests to allow Pakistan to do so,” it said.

India also advised Turkey to refrain from commenting on its internal affairs and develop a better understanding of democratic practices.

India sum up to almost 12% of the world’s smoking population

Gutka, Tabacco, Pan Masala, Ban Gutka, TabaccoThe Indian tobacco industry is one of the largest commercial sectors and an important source of direct and indirect employment in many regions of the country. With a total production value of US$ 1.6 trillion in 2012, the Tobacco industry’s contribution to the nation’s GDP amounted to 1.1% representing about 7% of the total for the manufacturing sector. Tobacco, being a labor intensive crop, provides employment to more than 60 lakh people who are engaged in the farming, curing, grading, primary marketing, processing, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, and retailing activities besides exporting.

Tobacco is a dangerous addictive item which can cause mouth cancer and other health issues. But it is still not banned because the eaters are addicted and could not leave it in a day, and therefore the smuggling of tobacco will start on a large scale which would create a messy situation. But still the government is trying to reduce its consumption by creating awareness and opening Drug de-addiction centers. A government can try to ban anything, but in case of tobacco there are various reasons not to. There are people who insist on their right to smoke. They might tolerate state-imposed health-advice, but being entirely prohibited from smoking might cause them to no longer vote for the politicians who supported the ban. There are economic interests. Controlling companies from selling them would mean that those people who work in cigarette production, distribution and sales would lose their jobs. Many countries impose an additional tax on tobacco products which generates quite a lot of tax income. Banning smoking would cause this income to disappear, which would mandate cuts on government spending or a higher deficit. India, home to the world’s second highest number of tobacco users (around 275 million), last year had set a target of reducing tobacco use by 20% by 2020 and 30% by 2025. Going by the decline in tobacco products output, the target under an action plan drawn up by the ministry of health and family welfare may not be out of reach. Stiff increases in tobacco and cigarette taxes and stringent packaging norms have contributed to the decline. According to the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) data, output of tobacco, which includes cigarettes, bidis and chewable tobacco products, declined by 12.1% in March 2015. The NDA’s anti-tobacco campaigns, its efforts to stop the sale of loose cigarettes (that accounts for about 70% of total sales) and hike in penalties for smoking at public places has also worked in its favour. But industry body the Tobacco Institute of India (TII) does not subscribe to the view that consumption of tobacco products may have actually declined.

Punjab has banned them, but the reason behind the huge sale of gutkha in India is that the people who are addicted to it want to have it at any price. So, obviously Indians shop works on what most of their customers’ demands. Banning Tobacco in India would be one of the worst things the government can do because India is the second largest Tobacco producer in the world. Around 10% of total excise revenue comes from tobacco out of which around 80% is contributed by cigarettes. Tobacco is a cash crop and thus provides high returns to farmers. Tobacco industry provides livelihood to around 45 million people in the country. But still if the government bans tobacco in India. They might have to face a lot of consequences; tobacco may start trading in the black market same as Marijuana or cannabis or weed. Tobacco is a highly taxable commodity through which the government earns a lot of revenue, if tobacco starts trading in the black-market people will be still consuming tobacco but the government would not be getting any tax revenue. 45 million is a very high number of people that are employed in the industry. In a country like India ripping these numbers of people will only increase the poverty level. Thus, banning tobacco will not help people in getting over their addiction but would rip off the government from getting any revenues. Instead of banning, the government can issue a regulatory, warning label area on the cigarette packet must be increased (various studies have shown it has a positive effect on people). Taxes on Tobacco should be increased further; E-cigarettes should be promoted. Farmers should be promoted to shift their cropping pattern and shift to other crops. Awareness programs should be promoted in the schools and colleges. Smoking in public places should be STRICTLY BANNED. In short, the problem Tobacco causes or the number of families it rips apart can only be answered by people themselves by understanding that it is injurious to their health whether in chewing or smoking form.

Banning something is not a solution to eradicate the addiction people have to it. First of all, let’s understand that people don’t consume or get addicted to these things based on whether it’s legal or not. If you want to consume it, you’ll always find someone happy to sell it. There is a case relating to the scenario, it happened in United States, in 1880 an act was passed known as Anti-abortion and legalization act this act prevents the doctors and nurses from doing abortion. Doctors and nurses were put behind bars if they were caught doing abortion. In the early 1900’s the crime rate increased badly and the reason was unknown. In 1970 a Rockwell commission was set up and they found out the reason. The reason is the women who were not able to abort or raise the children, gave birth to the child and threw their children off the streets. This made the children to grow without a proper guidance; thereby those children were involved in robbery, rape, crime etc. You can ask how it is related to tobacco. If you stop a sudden activity which many people are doing, it is difficult to face the aftermath. India has 11·2 percent of the world’s total smokers. If you ban Tobacco it will affect us for many reasons. Banning gutka/pan masala leads to higher addiction to the same and this may sound counter intuitive, but it’s true. Banning Gutka/pan masala would mean that illegal sellers can sell these at a higher margin of profits, further increasing the supply of the same. Let’s take the example of Marijuana criminalization in the USA. In the 1950s, usage of Marijuana became illegal and we can see a clear spike in the consumption. It was made legal back in the 1970s and the growth rate of consumption became zero. It is not practically possible to ban tobacco in India; figuratively there are approximately 200 million smokers in India which sum up to almost 12% of the world’s smoking population. Just think what will happen to 200 million tobacco addicts if tobacco is banned all of a sudden.

Kangana the trespasser in the Bollywood industry

kangana ranaut, kangana, ranaut, ranout, mumbai, bollywood, shiv sena, sanjay raut, bmc, uddhav thackeray, aaditya thackeray, kangana leaves mumbai, walk of shame

Indian Walk of Shame, the latest is Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut. A self-pronounced frontrunner of the fight against nepotism has recently been quite vocal, dismissing depression as a real problem among other things. She displayed bogus sympathy for Sushant Singh Rajput’s death because she got a chance to settle her scores against film personalities. She carried her agenda with the support of followers and one particular news channel. To be in limelight she took sides but didn’t ever go to Sushant’s funeral or met his family. As a matter of fact, she denied a movie with him when he was alive. She always played a victim card and posed herself a fearless actress but in reality, she feels scared in spite of having Y-plus security. Her venomous attacks and substandard vendetta got exposed time and again. She created needless hullabaloos by taking names. In a press conference before the release of Manikarnika, she unnecessarily blamed Ranbir Kapoor for not speaking about politics. Its Ranbir Kapoor’s own choice to speak about politics in public or not. Ranbir is a big star and a very good actor that’s why to be in fame she blamed him. She always blames nepotism but never did anything for outsider struggling actors. She even announced grades for Tapsee Pannu (an outsider). A lady with a loose mouth nothing but a TRP drove political tool for a party that lost power in the state on a humiliating note.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Bollywood stood in solidarity with CM Uddhav Thackrey by declaring him best CM of Maharashtra and Mumbai Police and other administrative authorities. This didn’t go well with the opposition party BJP; they used Kangana like actors and raked various issues to create unrest state and flopped in their agendas. Kangana spewed venom at all those Bollywood actors and directors who supported CM Uddhav. Gradually, she became the face of Sushant Singh Rajput’s justice tale, as Bihar elections are on the card. Finally, Rakhi Sawant like actors came in support of the government and Bollywood and shamed Kangana. On the other hand, it was not easy for Kangana to take on Shiv Sena and its leaders. She was digging her own grave with meaningless bombardment.

When I first saw Kangana in Gangster, I thought she is a good actress. She looked very innocent and humble in all her interviews at the beginning of her career. Very next day her link up with Aditya Pancholi and break up both made headlines, and I thought he used her, and being a novice in the industry he was subjugated by him. She later went ahead and complained that Aditya assaulted her and kept her under house arrest. She also said that she was 17 at the time and he was of her father’s age and he hit her on the head. When asked about the official complaint, she said she has filed a police complaint against him but cops did not entertain her complaint.

Then came the news of her relationship and break up with Adhyayan Suman. After some time she claimed her relationship with Hrithik Roshan and saw various interviews. She was abrupt in attacking Roshans. The media gave her enough publicity and space. Gradually that matter went in cold storage because she was shown her place in these false accusations. During Rangoon film, she called out on nepotism. That was one brave step and everyone applauded her. Soon after that, she started playing the victim card; since nepotism really existed people supported her. Later on, she went on targeting all successful celebrities. She gathered enough limelight.

Not many know this, but earlier she used to make posts on Twitter but in the name of her sister Rangoli_chandel. Her sister and the entire family thrive on her money and they are scared to raise their voice against the dominant, rude, and arrogant Kangana Ranaut. Kangana’s sister Rangoli is her business manager. If anyone criticizes her film, she labels him or her anti-national. She keeps on overweening that she is a national hero just because she played the role of Rani Laxmi Bhai. She played with the minds of people and conditioned them to believe that the one criticizes her is anti-Modi because she supports him or she talked about nepotism. Nepotism exists in Bollywood and it is ubiquitously. Nepotism might help in getting entries in Bollywood but ultimately it is their acting ability, the talent that decides whether they succeed or not. Karan Johar or movie mafias do not decide it. The same Karan Johar has cast an outsider Tara Sutaria, Bhumi, and many more actors in his different movies. Also, just because nepotism exists here, it doesn’t mean that outsiders are not allowed or outsiders don’t become successful. Look at Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Deepika; they are not products of nepotism but the outsiders who are successful and even more successful than Kangana. No doubt she is one good actress, but full of ego, lies, arrogance, and most importantly thankless, uses woman card, victim card, plays on patriotic sentiments, and goes beyond limits to fulfill her vendetta. After all the drama, TRP, political vendetta she left Mumbai (I don’t think permanently) making a sentimental post to invoke the sentiments of her followers, but this time no one took her seriously. The bubble that she created is busted now. hope she learns something with time and preserves the good actress in her.

Kangana Ran’OUT’ – She leaves Mumbai amid attacks, agendas and TRP gimmicks

Kangana Raut, Kangana, Mumbai, Uddhav, Thackeray, Uddhav Thackeray, UT, MaharashtraKangana Ranaut got in a foul play with Maharashtra’s ruling Shiv Sena. She and Republic TV both were constantly attacking the ruling government and CM Uddhav Thackeray in an utmost disgraceful manner. There was an equal reaction to every action of Kangana. Ms. Ranaut was in the headlines for a long time with provocative statements. The actress has been comparing Bollywood and Maharashtra government to PoK and the Taliban. All this while, her house in Mumbai also got demolished by BMC for illegal construction. This incident created even bigger controversy and netizens started trending #JusticeForKangana on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant posted a video in which she has slammed Kangana for all the controversies lately. In the 5 minutes long video, Rakhi has badly thrashed Kangana and has used words like Bhikh Mangi (Begger), Lombdi (Fox) for her.

Rakhi captioned the video as, “Aa gayi bhikh mangi in MUMBAI. Aa gayi madam MUMBAI jo inke leye POK hai. Hamare leye MUMBAI meri jaan hai.”

In the video, Rakhi asked Kangana why she slams Bollywood when she has herself made a fortune here despite being an outsider. She even said that the money she earned here has made the house in Manali where she rests. She asked her if Bollywood is full of drug addicts why has she come back. Rakhi also suggested that struggling actors visit Kangana to get alms because everyone else in Bollywood is nepotistic.

Kangana Ranaut has often criticized Karan Johar for not letting outsiders enter and grow in the industry. Rakhi Sawant praised and called him one of the best filmmakers in Bollywood. She also praised Priyanka Chopra, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and herself for making it in Bollywood despite all challenges.

With so much unexpected humiliation, Kangana left Mumbai this morning saying she was doing so with a “heavy heart” after being “terrorized” with attempts to demolish her office. “Must say my analogy about PoK was bang on,” said the actor.

After landing in Chandigarh for her return to Himachal Pradesh, she tweeted that her security had reduced significantly and people were greeting her with joy. “It seems this time I was saved. There was a time when I felt a mother’s touch in Mumbai, but today the situation is such that I am lucky to be alive. The moment Shiv Sena became Sonia Sena, the Mumbai administration became a terror,” she posted in Hindi, targeting the Sena as well as Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

Kangana Ranaut, currently based in her hometown Manali, arrived in Mumbai last Wednesday amid huge media attention and a dramatic confrontation with the Shiv Sena as Mumbai’s civic body started demolishing what it called illegal alterations to her office in the city.

In her five days in Mumbai, she met with Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and also Union Minister Ramdas Athwale to demand action and compensation for the demolition. She also declared that she would not renovate the building and instead work from its ruins as “a symbol of a woman’s will that dared to rise in this world”. With her departure, some peaceful environment was expected in Mumbai but her venomous agenda on social media continues to provoke controversy said Shiv Sena leader under the condition of anonymity.
