Pakistan was beaten like a pulp

India-Pakistan cricket in any form of the game evinces keen interest in the minds of fans on both sides across the border. We enjoyed seeing Team India winnings against the arch rivals and the score line showed how the team fared in the shortest format of the game. Pakistan failed to put home the advantage of batting first and lost wickets at regular intervals. Indian pacers took advantage of the green track and all the pace bowlers made short work of Afridi led side. The painstaking way of Pakistan playing on a dicey wicket showed their inexperience. The hit and run game of cricket saw the Pakistani batsmen crawling and failed to save their side going great guns in the end overs. Pace dominated the proceedings and Ashwin was brought late and Afridi did not try his hand. We can call it as a thriller just because Dhoni’s side lost early wickets and at 8 for 3 a total of 83 appeared a tall order. Virat Kohli did the bulk of scoring and paved an easy win in the end. Team India did make an impact by winning both their matches and trumps up in the Asia Cup with T-20 number one tag in their bag. In the end Pakistan was beaten like a pulp.
