Right step by Indian Army

The Indian Army has done the right thing by refusing to accept the donation offered by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions prior to the release of his movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. However one agrees that not playing sports against Pakistan or for that matter film makers not working with actors with that nation serves no purpose but such a ban seems justified when national pride and integrity is at stake. Sports and entertainment can be tools for peace but not when the ulterior motive is different and terrorists call the shots to use them as puppets.

Stopping trade relations with governments that support terrorism and terrorist would go a long way in eradicating terror. Terrorism too needs funding and the activity would die a natural death without money and funds. Money is needed for survival and hunger can transform mindsets of people when the very existence is at risk. Likeminded nations should corner and isolate countries that support terror by boycotting all trade links to make them realize their evil intentions which they would when citizens there have nothing to eat. Money too is useless when you cannot buy items of basic necessities and a ban on trade would work like a miracle!
