State govt wary of Maratha protest

Maratha dissent continue to haunt the Maharashtra Government and despite freeships, the unrest continues. The peace march in various centres of the state is a welcome sign. Instead of opting for aggressive way and going hammer and tongs, the protesters follow a peaceful method of protest. But how long it will take to quell the Maratha dissent? Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is applying caution in dealing with the protesters and trying to find out ways and means to address the problem in hand in an amicable way.  The writing is on the wall.  The authorities are finding ways to reduce the tensions and ease out the intensity of the protesters in a tactical way. Kolhapur march is one more way of expressing the dissent and the Government is trying all the steps to quell the unrest for some time now. It appears to be a futile exercise for the time being.
