The ISI and LeT provoked stone pelters in Kashmir are not the patriot Indians. And therefore they don’t deserve any mercy. Such anti-India and anti-rest criminals deserve nothing but instant death on the spot, by means of bullets. They don’t deserve pallets or even the rubber bullets.
