It is a very difficult to task to manage students at the school level as they lack the much needed discipline and the maturity to behave in a decent manner and maintain the decorum of the school in a most predictable way. Instead, the present day children show all types of pranks and the school authorities should not turn a blind eye and must take stern steps to make them realise their responsibilities and if the children go haywire and did not understand the ethics of school. The pranks shown by them in front of others will be followed by the other students as well. It is time to impart counselling to such undisciplined kids and there are ways and means to adopt creative ways to bring them back to the good books of the teachers and other students.
