A Kiwi encore

A Kiwi encore is not ruled out in this T-20 World cup. Kris Srikkanth once commented about the New Zealand side that it is just like a cycle stand. The Kiwis will come up well within their limitations or fall like nine pins if one cycle is tripped off from the stand then it will fall one over the other. Our bowlers had an off day and the team capitulated in the end without semblance of fight. The so called super stars in the Indian side could not last long enough and we could play only 18 overs in a T-20 game and that shows our real class. Again, in a low scoring game, it is quite imperative that the set batting order may not work wonders and a switch to a pinch hitter can pay rich dividends. Team India failed to take home the early advantage and failed to come out with a win in the opener and consolidate its position. Instead of that we are in do or die position and will have to work on run rate and score runs if we really wish to qualify for the semi-final stage of the Championship.
