Parliament is a place where legislators debate about important topics pertaining to national interest and pass legislations paving way for the development of India. A strong opposition is a must to challenge the ruling party and issues of paramount importance could be discussed at length removing the anomalies and lacunae if any, and thereby arrive at a consensus for the bills to be passed. Opposition will not allow the parliament to function because if the government governs well and they are happy with them they will again come to power. It is time for Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi to save democracy and get involved in useful dialogue and purposeful debates. There in lies the real sense of democracy and full fill the wishes of the people in a most democratic way.
