Avoid junk food

Nowadays, every one of us enjoy eating junk food because it is delicious, affordable and readily available. Junk foods have no nutritional value and essential ingredients required for the health of a human being. It is very harmful if consumed on regular basis. So one must stop eating junk food and eat only what parents cook in the kitchen.
