Uttarakhand floor test is phenomenal in the history of Indian democracy. The Chief Minister Harish Rawat was all but toppled by the President rule fought tooth and tail and the Supreme Court made an unique decision suspending nine disqualified rebel candidates thereby facilitating a smooth and fair floor test. Rawat’s chances of saving the Government is bright. Even though the Congress rebels left the party in lurch to create a crisis will now feel the heat if Rawat strike back to occupy CM’s chair. Unofficially, though result will be known after a count of hands and SC release the result one final time. The turmoil of chaos in the assembly will come to an end.
