Hats off to Dukes and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Williams and Kate Middleton for finding time to play cricket with the underprivileged children from their busy tour to India. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar and Colonel Dilip Vengsarkar too joined them to make a memorable day for these street kids for whom it was like heaven on earth and playing in the garden of Edens.
The Royal family has always supported the have nots in our country and Prince Charles love for the ‘Dabbawalas’ is well known as he even invited an couple of them to his wedding in Britain. Celebrities along with industrialists should take a leaf out of them and do something to make life worthwhile for the unfortunate people who die of hunger and starvation in our country apart from giving them shelter.
