Not too long ago, news of Sussanne Roshan, estranged wife of actor Hrithik Roshan, demanding Rs 400 crore as alimony amount was doing the rounds.
But the actor is visibly upset and disillusioned with the speculation and has tweeted about the same expressing his astonishment over the hullabaloo.
Hrithik and Sussanne were one of the most happening couples in the Tinsel Town until they announced their separation in December last year. The couple subsequently filed for divorce in April this year, thereby putting all speculations of their possible reunion to rest.
Hrithik and Sussanne tied the knot on December 20, 2000 and are parents to Hrehaan and Hridaan.
Both have gracefully parted ways and seem to have no animosity towards each other. After making their separation public last year, Hrithik took to his Facebook page to write. “This is my greatest tribute to love. Sussanne is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life.”
He added, “If her smiles are brighter without me, my love for her must accomplish that. Unconditional.”
Susaanne too issued a statement that read: “We are two individuals who respectand care for each other and have made our own individual choices.”
“We are parents to two wonderful kids and our responsibility remains to protect and take care of them. Nothing can change that. “Thank you for your warmth and concern for both of us and the family,” Sussanne said.
