We are living in the era of science and technology. The scientific vision is on its zenith. A child to old no one remains untouched from science. The progress of science and technology can be seen in our daily lives. However, there is an area where Science cannot reach. It is our inner world or the way of spirituality.
With the help of science and technology we have known the physical world but we forgot to see our inner world. We became strong with the scientific side but weak in the spiritual area. The science on which we had relied on has now become a cause of our destruction. We have become disconnected with the nature. All of us began to believe that both science and spirituality are two different aspects. Spirituality remains restricted to monks and science for rest of the people but the reality is far different from this. If science is a discovery of outer world then spirituality is the way to know the truth of our soul.
Science and technology has made our lives easier whereas spirituality is connected with our emotions, feelings and good habits. Both supplement each other just like body and soul. The progress of society can only be possible if they are linked with each other.
