With hearty respect for the Bombay High Court’s sensible verdict about IPL in Mumbai on April 4, the vital question in the people, particularly from the drought-hit Maharashtra is whether the rest 19 matches will also be played in three cities of Maharashtra only. Will Rajiv Shukla’s IPL company, all the cricketers etc. even try to provide Latur, Beed and such many other such thirsty places with water till the monsoon resumes?
