Kejriwal thrives on controversies

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal loves to be in the news for all the wrong reasons and his latest salvo on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s academic degree is a publicity stunt from an ‘publicity hungry’ politician who loves controversies as that keeps him in the limelight which basically was the reason for his success in politics. An ‘anghutachhap’ (illiterate and one who can’t sign but uses his thumb impression) too can become a Prime Minister in a democratic set-up as long as he wins public mandate. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has won with a thumping margin in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections and Kejriwal it seems has not been able to digest this success.

He should not waste his valuable time on digging after degrees of politicians and PM but utilize his intelligence on the betterment of Delhi for which he has been elected as CM. Let Modi do his job of governing the country which he has been doing well inspite of his humble background or without any fancy degree. State or country’s administration don’t run on ‘dharnas’ (strikes ) or digging controversies and the learned Delhi CM should very well understand this point. Political rivalries should end once elections are over. Both Kejriwal and Modi should work for the betterment of citizens than bother about degrees which in any case did not give them the jobs which they are holding at the moment.
