Whenever Dalits, Muslims or any other ‘probable vote banks’ are undergoing major or minor trouble, the ‘sleeping’ Congress vice president ‘wakes up’ and rushes to such a place in a disguise of the ‘saviour’ with crocodile’s tears in his eyes. He is opportunist number one.
