In the aftermath of Pathankot attack, a probe team from Pakistan is on the move near the Pathankot airbase to find out the truth about the terrorists attack in this pocket. This is the first time such an action is taken to find out the exact cause of the secret attack. Both the intelligence and the law enforcement operatives from the neighbouring country will go through such an exercise and in the face of it, this may appear as an eye wash to satisfy Indian counterpart and no useful purpose is going to be served in containing terrorist act in the sub-continent. This bit of forward movement in the India-Pakistan relations is also accompanied by a decision that a Pakistani joint Investigation will probe into the Pathankot terror attack. It is a welcome sign and gives rise to the things to follow in future and will prove to be morale booster in improving relationship between the two countries on bilateral matters with mutual interest to curb terrorism in the sub-continent.
