The off-screen sibling revelry between first cousins, Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra will now face the Box Office clash in September. Both sisters have their big releases lined up to hit the theatres on the same day.
If reports are to be believed, PeeCee`s `Mary Kom` and Pari`s `Daawat-E-Ishq` will see the light of the day on September 5, 2014. However, this is not the first time that Chopra sisters are up against each other at the Box Office window. Earlier, Priyanka`s `Zanjeer` and Parineeti`s `Shuddhi Desi Romance` too faced a similar situation, and it was latter`s film that was successful in getting the numbers.
This time too they are to battle each other. `Mary Kom` is a biopic based on the life of Olympic medal winner boxer MC Mary Kom. The film has been directed by Omung Kumar and has been produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Recently, the first look poster of the film was launched and it got rave reviews from several film personalities on Twitter, congratulating the actress for her tough look.
On the other hand, Parineeti`s `Daawat-E-Ishq` is a rom-com and has been helmed by Habib Faisal. The film has been made under Yash Raj banner and is produced by Aditya Chopra. With such names involved in both the respective films, it will surely be interesting to see who gets the magical figure clicking at the Box Office number-game.
