It is a matter of great concern that teenage boys and girls are taking advantage of parental love and make use of their cars available at their disposal in rash and negligent way as inexperience matter much. This is happening time and again. The way the steering is handled by minor is making mess of the traffic in the busy roads and causing fatal accidents as well. Both boys and girls, who do not have a valid driving license try to overdo, skip the traffic rules and take great risk to endanger their lives as well as the other road users. Rich parents have no time to look into this aspect and allow their children to drive cars during the party time in the evening and late hours. Some of them even consume alcohol and drive making it more dangerous. The responsibility lies with parents for the folly of their siblings. The case of 14 year old and his tutor dying is one more case of negligence on the road. Just by penalizing juvenile drivers the problem is not going to be solved. The rich parents are ready to pay any amount of penalty and cancelling the license of the parents for the mistake of their children is the right approach to resolve the problem. The matter is discussed in many platforms and there is no solution to address their perennial problems. Driving force is making the people go mad when they are on the wheels and thereby endangering the life of so many pedestrians and others driving alongside in the busy road during peak hours.
