The office goers in Mumbai generally feel the pinch during monsoon season. When an appraisal form is submitted by a Bank officer on a regular basis, he generally mentions that he faces two major constraints and one is rain another is train problem. Thus, this monsoon season started with both rain as well as train problem. As the trains were either delayed or cancelled, the plight of the passengers was pathetic. Again, the taxis were off the road and the train commuters have no other option but to go for bus service or seek help of the car owners for a free lift and proceed to their destination. Commuters had to wait for hours as trains on the CR lines were cancelled and delayed abruptly without informing the commuters. It was indeed a horrible experience.
