The Barack Obama administration’s decision to give financial aid worth 8.6 million dollars to Pakistan “for fighting against terrorism, for keeping the nuclear arms under control and for improving relations with India” is really a shocking surprise. Isn’t the Obama administration aware of the fact at all that Pakistan is ruled not by the so called elected government, but by the anti-India terror groups, ISI and the Pakistani army? This universal fact has already been exposed before the entire globe so many times long ago. I fail to understand that on one hand the US is keenly interested in the muscular rural and urban Indian markets for promoting its goods and services, but on the other hand it wants to continue its financial aid to the anti-India Pakistan. Why?
