My heart bleeds for the young lives lost, as a parent, as a sister, as a friend, and most importantly as a human being. The killing of innocent people in Dhaka and the bombing in Baghdad has awaken the world leaders. They need to shed their blinkers and fight terror jointly. The Muslim-majority Bangladesh has witnessed a wave of deadly attacks on religious minorities and secular bloggers by suspected Islamist militants. It is noticeable that some nations are harbouring the architects of these heinous crimes which are taking away lives of innocent people. It seems the governments do not want to take any positive and explicit action fearing a fierce backlash. Time has come that all public gathering places all over the world must have high security frisking and banning entry of fire arms and ammunition with special attention to in-house staff. Global powers should come under one umbrella united to thwart the terrorist network and remove their presence once for all from the face of this planet. Let us spread love, ignore terrorism.
