The touring teams coming to India are falling into the trap time and again in both Test cricket and shorter format of the game. They ran out of ideas and with the result almost finish on the losing side all the time. Team India had a fine opening with a calculated win thanks to heroics of test captain Virat Kohli and debutant Hardik Pandya. With this win at Dharamshala, Team India’s dominance continues in the one day format as well. Hardik Pandya claimed 3 wickets for 31 and Amit Mishra took 3-49 shared the spoils as the Kiwis side was bowled out for 190 and gave the match on a platter to the Indian side in the first session only. The wicket had good bounce and that was an encouraging news for Indian cricket.  Thus Indian Team won the 500th Test match at Kanpur, 250th Test match at home in Kolkata and now 900th ODI, it was another walk in the park for the Indian team.
