When in these days of modern, latest scientific and technological equipments are easily available and handy round the clock with us, I don’t find it necessary at all to keep our brave army-men physically present on the border of Siachen continuously. We can keep them ready in the area nearby Siachen unstopped. We can keep the minutest watch on each and every movement of the Pakistan-backed terrorists as well as the Pakistani rangers round the clock with the help of our satellites in the orbit above entire South Asia. And in case of any eventuality our brave security forces can silence any and all the anti-India ‘activists’ from the cross border within no time with the help of mortars and the other such artillery and other weapons and our air force, if necessary, any time, day or night. We need not waste our military as well as crores of rupees unnecessarily in these modern days of science and technology.
