The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and AIADMK leader J. Jayalalithaa was game fighter and made several remarkable come backs in her political career. All her party cadre, supporters and well wishers are mourning her death. Under her dynamic leadership, the State has recorded historical achievements in the last seven years of her rule. Amma made it a point to work for the people and she did it in style. Even the opposition members in the Assembly praise her efforts. She had effectively implemented several welfare schemes for the poor. CM’s comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme is a boon to the senior citizen and other people living below poverty line. J Jayalalithaa’s “amma canteens”, which serve cheap meals to hundreds of thousands of people daily, have become immensely popular with the poor and the middle class.
