Mobile service provider cheating customers

Since last 45 days an amount of Rs 2 has been getting deducted from my wife’s mobile account daily even though she has not activated any promotional packs. When she filed a complaint with the customer service outlet, officials expressed their inability to help her. I hope the mobile service provider resolve this issue and reimburse the amount deducted from her account.
