Members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice visited the Arthur Road jail , an official said.
The committee team, led by chairman Bhupendra Yadav and comprising eight MPs, also took stock of the legal aid given to undertrials during the two-hour long visit, the official told agencies.
The committee members visited various sections of the jail, including the medical unit, Rajvardhan, Inspector General of Police (Prisons) said.
